Little-Mouse´s Method

Little-Mouse has innate skills and knowledge she uses to help the animals she meets on her journey. However, Little-Mouse relies somewhat unhesitatingly on her instincts.  And often asks frequently tricky questions; she has not learned how to behave or think of the world or other animals.

You can find Little-Mouse´s skills and knowledge both in life coaching

and Yagerian Therapy for children and adults.

There is no need to introduce life coaching, but it relies on, among other things, coordinated questions and active listening.

Anna Lisa´s mentor and dear friend, Dr. Edwin K. Yager, was the founder of Yagerian Therapy.

Anna Lísa adapted his approach to children and utilized Little-Mouse´s Method for both Yager therapy for children and adults, equal hands.

Little-Mouse´s Method is a unique, simple, fast, and very effective method. In addition, the ideology behind the technique is not complicated at all.

Usually, consciousness is divided into two, i.e., consciousness and subconscious. Dr. Yager, however, assumed that there is a third part of the consciousness, our higher cognitive level, a kind of extra-consciousness.  Dr. Yager gave this part the name Centrum; many of his disciples and clients talk about Centrum as their intuition, soul, or higher instructor, to name a few.

Centrum finds the origin of a person's problems with instructions from a Yager Therapy practitioner and finds a solution. Individuals can also use the method as a self-help tool.

About Dr. Edwin K. Yager

As mentioned earlier, Centrum has the qualities of searching the subconscious for the root of a problem and finding an appropriate solution.

It is possible to compare the problem to an app that hasn't had an update in a long time. The "app" doesn't know what it handles is not desirable anymore in some way by the individual. However, after being "updated" by Centrum, it has received the latest information on the individual's hopes, expectations, benefits, and interests. As a result, it can solve the problem, and the symptoms, which were signs that something was wrong, could disappear.

These signs/symptoms may vary widely: Pain, addiction, anxiety, stress, fear, phobias, obsession, intrusive thoughts, sleep problems, lazy shingles, lack of confidence, asthma, skin problems, wetting the bed, cooling, stuttering, etc.

The subconscious is linked to the involuntary nervous system, and, therefore, a variety of symptoms can occur in the case of subconscious problems.

You could say it pays to see if the origin of symptoms can be traced to the subconscious. However, it should be considered to seek medical advice in case of medical conditions.

Yagerian Therapy for children has helped children in many ways. Like Yagerian Therapy for adults, it can do wonders, although it does not work in all situations. Yagerian Therapy for children has helped; for example, children with: anxiety, panic, anger, ugly thoughts, obsessive-compulsive disorder, unexplained headaches, sleep problems, phobias, learning problems, and hallucinations, to name just a few.

Anna Lisa did travel with Dr. Yager and taught Yagerian Therapy for children. For example, she went to Berlin and Magdeburg in Germany as well as to Rheinfelden in Switzerland.

Anna Lísa did also teach at Dr. Yager's workshops, taking care of exercises and demonstrations.

Anna Lisa offers a Yagerian Therapy for childern workshop, online. She is the only certified Yagerian Therapy trainer in Iceland.

Dr. Yager had a Ph.D. in psychology and worked as a professor at the University of San Diego, faculty of Medicine.

He also worked in his private office and traveled worldwide to teach his method, thereby carrying out his call to spread Yagerian Therapy.  Dr. Yager died a few years ago, still working on spreading the word about the wonders of our mind to heal itself.

Dr. Yager established an institution, Subliminal Therapy Institute Inc. (STII), to manage the method, Yagerian Therapy therapists, and trainers.

STII's subsidiary is in Mexico City, where teaching, research, and treatment work is based on the philosophy of Yagerian Therapy
